Your comment about the renovation has been noted, and I won't shy away from it: a comprehensive renovation program is planned for the coming years, encompassing both our guest rooms and bathrooms. Your feedback helps us define the priorities. Regarding the heat, this summer was particularly challenging. Fans are available in each of our rooms. Summer comfort is also a key focus of our attention. Finally, I note your dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi connection. This issue is being addressed, and your feedback helps us understand its urgency.
