The Hotel isn’t bad. But it’s getting old.

It was a genuine pleasure for Iolanda and me to look after you during your stay. With our restaurant closed for the holiday, sorting out a garage repair and a taxi to a good table was the least we could do, and I'm glad it all worked out well for you.
I do want to apologise for the surprise of hot water coming from the cold tap. That shouldn't happen, and we're having it checked so the next guest in that room isn't caught out. Thank you for flagging it.

We have taken note of your comments regarding the room: a torn armchair and stained carpet are unacceptable. The room in question will be inspected, and the damaged items will be repaired or replaced without delay. The renovation of some of our rooms is a project I am currently working on, but I cannot yet give you a specific date. In the meantime, we are paying particular attention to cleanliness, bedding, and the welcome we provide.
