We really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome and the dinners we had were delicious!
The one area for improvement is the decor: the room and hallways could do with a refresh. The WiFi connection was also poor at times.
Overall, a great stay and to be recommended!

It was fine but I felt that the room needs a bit of an upgrade.
The man at reception was nice and helpful, although I didn’t end up using the bus as he suggested because it didn’t come. I ended up calling an uber instead.

I was actually the person who welcomed you at reception, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Before suggesting the bus service to Ugine, I had checked the official website of the transport company, which confirmed that the line was running. Unfortunately, due to disruptions linked to the event, it seems the schedule was changed without any clear notice. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to end up needing to call an Uber instead.
Regarding the state of the room and the presence of insects, I take your comments very seriously. This is not up to the standards we strive for, and I will personally follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure this is corrected immediately.

Perfect hub for our étape du Tour de France weekend! Super clean, very welcoming, Benoit went above and beyond to welcome us, he really made us feel welcome and like we were the only customers, but the hotel was fully booked!! Superb stay, good value for money.

The hotel Florimont is a really nice and unexpacted place between the huge alpine massive around Mont Blac et Lac d‘Annecy. Our stay was amazing, so we will come back in a while.

For a 1 night stay for business purpose it was ok. If the comfort in the room (temperature especially), would have been better, it would have been a very good stay.

I understand that the heat in the room may have been a source of discomfort. We have installed fans in each room to compensate for the lack of air conditioning, but I recognize that this is not always sufficient on very hot days. As part of the renovations planned for the coming years, we plan to install air conditioning systems in all rooms to improve comfort during the summer, as well as to modernize the windows to better regulate the temperature.
We are also planning bathroom renovations in the coming years, including replacing the bathtubs with walk-in showers. We will ensure that these renovations offer optimal comfort.
